Create Meetings [All types of events] -User should receive a 10 - minutes notification. But it is not received

Description
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Select any Event type
5. Fill the mandatory fields
6. Add the 10 minutes notification
7. Add the team members and clients
8. Click on save
The event organizer and involved members should receive a 10-minute notification before the meeting, but not everyone is getting it.
Notify me notifications should be received via email
