1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Select any Event type
5. Fill the mandatory fields
6. Add the 10 minutes notification
7. Add the team members and clients
8. Click on save
The event organizer and involved members should receive a 10-minute notification before the meeting, but not everyone is getting it.
