 Steps:  

 1. Login to Lauditor as either a Super User, Group Head, Team Member, or AAM. 
 2. On the left side, click the "Message" tab. 
 3. Select "Video Call." 
 4. Choose a call (Client Chat/Team Chat). 
 5. After joining the call, the menu options below disappear upon clicking the "Participate" button and unable to end or add participate to the call. [Both side] 

 - Unable to end the call. 
 - Unable to add participants. 
 - Unable to use the mute or unmute button. 
 - Unable to turn the video on or off. 
 - Unable to use the message button. 
 - Unable to start or stop screen recording. 

 Note : Applicable for Lauditor and DG Counsel Staging
