1. Login the Lauditor with SU 2. Group A has three team members[TM-1, TM-2, TM-3], content coffer client belongs to two groups[Group A and Group B] 3. Login with TM-1 user - Click on Matters - create 4. creating a matter from TM-1 user , select Group A and Select content client and TM-2 only is attached to the matter *[Matter name: Traffic violence Law]* 5. After creating a matter, Login the content coffer/coffer connect with TM user. 2. Click on Relationships 3. Click on view relationships - businesses 4. Select the Lauditor client 5. Click Exchange information under Action 6. Select few client or firm documents to share [doc 1 and doc 2] 7. Click on share button 8. In final page of view relationships - select the matter[Traffic violence case] from the drop down 9. Click on share in final page. 10. Again Login with Lauditor with TM-3 TM-2 user 11. Click on view Relationships 12. Click on Exchange information - share with us 13. Those shared documents[doc 1 and doc 2] are listed there. *Issue 1* : Team member who are not involved in that matter, able to view the documents that are shared from the content coffer/coffer connect on Lauditor side. *Expectation* : if the documents are tagged to a specific matter, they should be visible to the team members involved in that matter on the Lauditor side. *Issue 2:* 14. Login with TM user who belongs to Group B [ *note* :content client belongs to Group B] 15. Click on view Relationships 16. Click on Exchange information - share with us 17. Those shared documents[doc 1 and doc 2] are listed there Actual: Team member who belongs to other group [also note that independent of matter], able to view those documents that are shared from content coffer and coffer connect.
