Steps to Reproduce: * Log in to Need Counsel. * Click on the Document tab in the left sidebar. * Go to the Upload tab. Select a department, then click Browse to upload a document. * Choose the relevant Categories and Contracts. * Select a Lawyer, then click Upload. * Navigate to the View and Practice tabs. * Select the same Department, Contracts, appropriate Practice, Category, and Lawyer used during upload. Client. Expected Result: The recently uploaded and Only documents relevant to the selected relevant document lead should be displayed. appear. Actual Result: The document does not display properly. All patient documents are displayed. Note: This issue occurs for applies to document types under External Matter, Others, and Contracts (both Client and Lawyer).
