Steps to Reproduce:

• Log in to Need Counsel.
• Click on the Document tab in the left sidebar.
• Navigate to the View and Practice tabs.
• Select the appropriate Practice, Category, and Client.

  Expected Result: Only documents relevant to the selected lead should appear.

  Actual Result: All patient documents are displayed.

Note:
This issue applies to document types under External Matter, Others, and Contracts (both Client and Lawyer).
