 Steps to Reproduce: 

 1. Log in to Lauditor using a TM or GH account. 
 2. Navigate to the Matter tab from the menu. 
 3. Select Legal / General Matter. 
 4. Click on the Create tab, fill in all mandatory fields, and click Save. 
 5. Select a client, click Add, and select a group. 
 6. Navigate to the Matter Info page, then switch to the Group page. 

 Expected Result:
The Assign Group dropdown should be empty and groups should not be added. 

 Note : This issue applicable for Document section as well.

 5. Select a client, click Add, select a group. 
 6. Navigate to the Document page. 

 Expected Result:
No error should appear unless changes are saved properly via the "Add" button. 

 Note : This issue applicable for Create Matter [Legal and General]
