Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log in to Legal Marketplace. 2. Navigate to the Leads section. 3. Click the Add button. 4. Observe the field names and order for both Manual entry and CSV Upload. Issue: The fields displayed for both Manual and CSV Upload do not match the expected format and order as specified in the reference PPT ("Legal Marketplace - Context").
