Create Group - Entering the text in Group Name and Description - Click Cancel button - No Alert popup displayed

Description
Tested in Chrome,FireFox,Edge
Account - Admin /Super User
1.Login to Lauditor
2.Click Groups in Left side Menu
3.Click on Create Groups
4.Enter the text in Group name and description
5.Click on Cancel button
Alert popup should be display
Admin - Id : muskan.mathur98@gmail.com | Password : Test@123
Super User - Id : parinitha9413@gmail.com | Password : Test@123

Still alert pop ups,
Alert should be displayed only when any or all the fields are filled and clicked on cancel
