openEvent / Reminder - If user removed notifications completely , While editing these events, User unable to convert normal event to All day event or All day to normal

Description
1. Login to VitaGist
2. Click on Calendar icon on right top
3. Click on "+"
4. Select Event or reminder
5. Create event by removing all the Notification
6. Click on save
7. Edit the same event
8. If the event is "All day" , change to normal event or Normal Event to "All day"
It doesn't work. If all day event changed to normal --> Start time and end time won't appear
If normal event is changed to "All day" --> Start and End time won't disappear
