Profile (Edit): The street field is not mandatory for both the registered and mailing addresses. It can be removed and saved successfully

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with lexiZ lawyers
2.Go to the Profile module
3.Click on Edit profile
4.Go to registered address and mailing address field remove the text
5.Click on save button on the page.
6.There is an warning will appear
7.No need to display the warning there
