Matter edit issue when created with title only – Save & Next unresponsive and incorrect client mapping

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a new matter by entering only the title.
- Save the matter.
- Edit the same matter.
- In Matter Info, click Save & Next.
Actual Result:
- On the first click, Save & Next does not respond.
- On clicking Save & Next again, by default client appears in the selected list and clicking on save failed to update matter error appears
- When checking View Relationships, the same client is not listed there.
