Steps to Reproduce:

Login the LexiZ
Navigate to Relationships module - View Relationships - Individual only
Ensure a relationship is in Pending status.
Delete the pending relationship.
Attempt to send a relationship request again to the same client.
Observe that the status of that client

Not accepted appear, Status should be displayed as " Initiated "

Until the clients accepted the relationships, status should be shown as "Initiated". Status should not be changed
