Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to Add Relationships- Request
- Select Individual / Entity/ Corporate
- Click on Send Request.
Observe that the request is sent immediately without any confirmation popup.
It should ask the confirmation, If user clicks 'Yes' then should sent the request [ Please refer web ]
Applicable for all type of clients and all types of users
