Chat :- After reading the unread message on Client, The message count should discarded it

Description
Steps:-
1.Login with LexiZ Lawyers
2.Go to the Chat Module
3.Click on Clients Tab
4.The Client Name are listed it
5.On the left side unread message count will appear
6.After reading the Client message
7.That circle should be discarded it
