View Relationships When a user adds an inactive relationship to a matter, the relationship should become active, but the status is still displayed as Inactive.

Description

1. Login the LexiZ from TM / GH / SU
2. Click on Relationships module
3. Click on View Relationships
4. Observe that relationship is inactive
5. Navigates to matter module
6. Create a new matter with inactive client [Matter creation is completed]
7. Navigate to Relationships module - view
8. Search the same client

Still the staus of that client is inactive,

Expected: When a user adds an inactive relationship to a matter, the relationship status should automatically update and be displayed as Active.
