Document module - Deleted Clients are still listing in the Upload page

Description

Once the super user approves the delete, client becomes inactive. User should not allow to upload the documents for them. However, currently they are listed in upload documents - clients drop down. They should be removed.

The mentioned issue is not fixed. If the client is deleted in pending status. they should directly delete without waiting for super user approval. the deleted client not listed out in upload page on document module.
Steps
1.Go to Relationship module
2.Select the individual client with pending status
3.Delete the client
5.Go to Documents module select upload document
6.Select the recently selected client
7.The recently deleted client shouldn't be listed there
refer the attachment.
