openAdd Relationships - Request – Entity / Corporate: The auto-populated list does not close after selecting an entity, requiring the user to select the entity twice.

Description
1. Login the LexiZ
2. Click on Relationships
3. Click on Add relationships - Entity / Corporate
4. Choose the existing client name
Even after selecting the client name from auto populate list, it does not close, User has to select the same name again
