openView Relationships - Corporate - Delete option is not visilble for active clients in TM and GH accounts

Description
1. Login the LexiZ from TM or GH
2. Click on Relationships module
3. View Relationships - Corporate
Issue Observed: Delete option is not visible for active clients in TM and GH accounts
Expecation : TM and GH can also delete the both pending and active clients
No approval is needed
Direct Delete
Note: Applicable for all type of clients
Note : Unable to check in Other clients due to this issue - In View Relationships (Individual / Business), established relationships are not displayed for TM and GH accounts, even though the relationships were successfully established from TM / GH accounts. - API Issue

Updated the TM and GH relationship delete option. Pending client can delete directly, if active delete approval send to the super user. Also the create the new client on TM account is not list out in TM account but is listing in SU account.
I checked the active relationship delete is list out in the delete approval in SU account.
