Documents (Upload / View), a tag gets added when clicking Save even if the Add button is not clicked.

Description

1. Login the LexiZ
2. Click on Documents module - Upload new
3. Select Matter / Client / Firm
4. Select document
5. Click on edit metadata
6. Click on Add tag
7. Fill tag and tag type
8. Click on save [not required to click add button]

Tag will be added successfully.

Note: Applicable for view documents - update tag as well

If we need not give the add tag it look like we allow add only one tag for one document or for each tag they need to select select tag in edit mate, Add button indicate user can add multiple tag at same time.
