Document - Add tags (While uploading or Update Tags ) - Adding duplicate tags , No alert appears. It gets saved , but the tags won't be listed. It will not work even if tag type is same Tag values are diferent

Description

1. Login to LexiZ
2. Click on Document
3. Select any Matter/ client / Firm
4. Click o action button
5. Click on update tags
6. Add 3 tags --> for ex: One: one, One : two, One: one
7. Click on save
In the view listing page or when user revisits the tags , Only one tag is added and no alert appears

This is issue is not working while Uploading the document and
create some UI issue which is attached in the ref video (If the same tag type is typed , Text will be removed in the Tag type field and As save is disabled ,clicking on save multiple times, Save button becomes enabled)
