Document Upload - Edit Metadata - When document description is cleared, instead of displaying the alert below the field, The document has to save, and description has to take Original document name

Description

1. Login to LexiZ
2. Click on Document
3. Click on Upload Document button
4. Click on browse
5. Select one or multiple documents
6. Click on Edit icon
7. Remove description
Save button is disabled.
Instead save should work, and When user revisits the same document, Description should take original document name which was removed before
