openDocument Upload : No loading indicator or message displayed when uploading bulk documents

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to Lexiz.
- Click on the menu.
- Click on Document Module.
- On the Document View page, click Document Upload.
- Select a Matter or Client.
- Click Browse.
- Select and upload more than 5 or 10 documents.
- Click the Upload button.
Expected Result:
A loading spinner or progress indicator should appear.
A message should display indicating that documents are being uploaded.
Actual Result:
No loading indicator or message is displayed.
Note : This issue applicable for Matter,Client and Firm.
