Scenario - 1
1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Documents module
3. Choose any identity folder[Make sure: all document types should be uploaded]
4. Click on Tiles view

Application crashes

Scenario - 2

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on documents module
3. Change the tiles view
4. Upload the new document

application is crashing
