Sign Up - If Password is strong but Confirm Password is weak - Expected alert should be: "Confirm Password does not match Password"

Description

If Password is strong but Confirm Password does not match, the alert should be:
“Confirm password does not match.”

This alert should appear immediately after the confirm password field loses focus —
NOT only after clicking Register .

but currently, user has to click register button

Mentioned issue is partially fixed. Please refer the Attachment. if the password is mismatched. The register button shouldn't responsible.
