Dashboard – Health – Medication: Duplicate dosage entries appear when changing the medication name of an existing record.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to VitaGist.
  • Navigate to the Health module → Medication → click the + button.
  • Fill in all mandatory details and save the medication (using Daily dosage).
  • Reopen the recently added medication, change the medication name, and save it again.
  • Go to the Dashboard.

Issue:
Only one dosage entry should be displayed, but duplicate dosage entries are appearing.

Note : This issue applicable for While change the Strength,Unit for existing entries.
