openView Document [Client / Firm ]: Toast Message Not Displaying when change the Encrypt/Decrypt in TM account under the Action in Document Module

Description
Steps:
- Log in to Lauditor using the TM account.
- Click on the Document module on the left panel.
- Go to the View tab and select either the Client or Firm tab.
- Choose a client from the dropdown list.
- From the list of client documents, select any document uploaded by GH or SU.
- Click the Encrypt or Decrypt icon for that document.
- The toast message is expected to appear, but it does not appear.
Note: This issue occurs for all clients and in the Firm tab as well.
Note : this issue occurs on Production Lauditor as well.
