openVitaGist Production Issue – Even when a connection is accepted for a Legal or Other client, the corresponding firm names are not displayed in the Chat module

Description
Steps to reproduce
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Navigate to Relationships module
3. Click on add relationships - Individual
4. Send the relationships invitation to Vitagist user [Email received by vitagist user]
5. Login the VitaGist account with temporary password
6. Navigate to connections module [Ensure that there is no vitagist connections established]
7. Select Legal/ Finace folder
8. Accept the relationships
9. Navigate to chats module
No connections are displayed.
Expectation : available connections, including Lauditor/Content Coffer, should appear in the Chats module
same issue is applcable, when sending the relationship invitation from Content coffer.
Credentials are used :
