Notification: If documents are deleted in the Documents module, the Notification module displays the delete details with the text "Delete request is pending approval." This text should be removed.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with DG Counsel
2.Go to the Documents module
3.Delete any one of the document
4.Go to the notification module
5.View the recent notification
6.The notification text shows the 'Delete request is pending approval'
7.That text should be removed
