openTimesheet - When matter is moved from one group to Other , if TM who has already added timesheet looses access to matter , but still edit button is enabled . It should be disabled

Description
1.Login to TM
2.Click on menu
3.Click on Timesheet
4. Add Project (LM/GM), Add status , date and Hours spent
5.Click on save
6.Login to SU account
7.Click on Change matter from one group to other(Where TM is not part of that group)
8.Again Login back to TM account
9. Navigate to Timesheet
User is still be able to edit the timesheet

If a matter contains two different tasks, both tasks should be greyed out if the matter is moved from one group to another.
Currently, only one task is greyed out while the other remains editable.
