Meetings – Edit: Previously selected team members reappear after changing the entity during edit.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:
  • Log in to Lauditor
  • Go to Menu → Meetings
  • Choose any event type and fill in all mandatory details
  • In the Add Entity tab, select a single entity and assign team members
  • Click Submit
  • Go to View Meeting, Reopen the same meeting, and click Edit
  • In the Selected Client TM tab, remove the team members
  • Remove the entity from the Add Entity tab
  • Select a different entity (replace the first one)

Actual Result:
When a new entity is selected,
the previously selected team members automatically reappear in the Client Team Member tab.

Expected Result:
When a new entity is selected, previous team members should not reappear —
the system should only show team members linked to the newly selected entity.

Notes:
Issue applicable for all event types
Issue applicable for all user accounts
