My Timesheets - Submitted : Able to add timesheet entries in the "Submitted" tab — it should be restricted.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to Lauditor.
  • Click on "Timesheets" from the left side menu.
  • Go to the "My Timesheets" tab.
  • Click on the "Submitted" tab.
  • Open a timesheet entry that is not submitted.
  • Check the dropdowns within the entry.

Actual Result:
Dropdowns are enabled for non-submitted entries in the "Submitted" tab.

Expected Result:
All dropdowns should be disabled in the "Submitted" tab, regardless of submission status of the entry.

Note : This issue applicable for all user accounts.
