Edit Calendar : "All Days" and "Repetition" fields missing when editing a calendar event

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to VitaGist.
- Click on the Calendar.
- Create a normal event using the default notification (e.g., 10 minutes).
- Click Save.
- Open the newly created event and click Edit.
Expected Result:
"All Days" and "Repetition" fields should be visible during event editing.
Actual Result:
"All Days" and "Repetition" fields are missing.

Edit event - User cannot change the event to "All day" event while editing as toggle button is disabled

Unable to change a normal event to an “All Day” event. While editing a normal event, the “All Day” toggle button is disabled.
