View Groups : Only "Edit Group Info" and "Group Activity Log" should be visible 'Actions' Menu for GH Accounts

Description:
For GH accounts, only the options "Edit Group Info" and "Group Activity Log" should appear under the 'Actions' menu in the View Groups section. However, all options are currently being displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to Lauditor using a GH Account.
  • Click "Groups" from the left-side navigation.
  • Click on "View Groups" and select any group.
  • Click on the "Actions" dropdown/menu.
  • Observe the available options.
  • Expected Result:
  • Only "Edit Group Info" and "Group Activity Log" should be visible.

Actual Result:
All options are visible.

Note:
This issue is applicable only for GH accounts.
