Description

Issue 1: Remove default value in distance and weight filed (User might not now which are those fileds when hints are not visible)
Issue 2: Reps and select fields are not mandatory fileds when distance is entered
Issue 3: When weight value is entered and saved the exercise , It will be saved as 0.0 in Care plan page
