Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login using Lauditor with SU account.
2. Navigate to the Matter module.
3. Click on the Create tab → Select Legal or General.
4. Create a Matter with: * Selected Client : Client A * Selected Groups: Group A, Group B * Submit the Matter.
5. Go to View Matter, and click on Update Groups.
6. In the Update Groups screen:

• page shows Assigned Groups (Group A, Group B) and Unassigned Groups (Group C, Group D).

7. Uncheck Group A.
This will trigger the "Assign to another group" popup.

Expected Behavior:

Once Group A is unchecked (Assigned Groups)
In the popup should only display: Below mentioned the groups.

Group B
Group C
Group D
Scenario :
When Group A and Group B are selected (assigned), and Group C and Group D are unselected (unassigned), unchecking Group A triggers the "Assign to another group" popup.

In this popup, after removing Group A, the remaining group names—including both the previously selected (Group B) and unselected (Group C and Group D)—should appear in the list, excluding only the removed group (Group A).

Additionally
Please change the text "Assign to another active Group(s)" to "Assign to another Group(s)"
"please assign them to another active group." to "please assign them to another group."
