Email - Compose screen, user should be able to send an email even if the subject, body, and attachments are left empty.

Description

Steps:

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Email module [Successful authentication]
3. Click on compose
4. Fill the email in the 'To' field
5. Subject, body of the email and attachment left empty

Send button is disabled.
Unable to send email without subject, body, or attachment in Compose screen. User has to fill all details to send an email.

User should allow to send an email without attachment, subject, body of the email.
