View Insurance – Filtering by status not working

Description
Description : When filtering insurance entries by typing a status (e.g., “Active”) in the search bar, no results are displayed. Filtering should work based on the status text.

- Status changed from Fixed - Pushed to Dev to Fixed - Pushed to Staging
The mentioned issues are not fixed, and the filter by status is still not working. please refer the Attachment.
