Description: When a weight value is stored with a future timestamp (e.g., 7:00 PM), and the user later tries to add a new weight value with the current time, the system does not update the entry with the most recent value.

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health Module
3. Click on Apps and devices
4. Add the blood pressure with future time [For ex: 7:00PM] [Choose Any device]
5. Click on save
6. Try to add new blood pressure with current time
7. Click on save

Issue Observed: Recent value is not updated.

Actual : The weight entry with the future time takes priority, and the current-time entry is not updated or displayed as the latest.

Expected : The most recent entry (based on actual entry time) should always be updated and displayed, even if a prior entry was added with a future time.
