Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to iOS Vitagist.
- Go to Health (bottom menu).
- Open Care Plan.
- Add a new goal or delete an existing goal.
Expected Result:
The goal counts should update immediately after creating or deleting a goal.
Actual Result:
The goal counts do not update.

Unable to check the issue because the 'Add Goals' FAB icon is missing and the edit option has also been removed. Please refer to the attachment.
