openAdd Devices (Blood Glucose): When adding blood glucose details, the time interval information does not appear on the View page. Only the entry itself is displayed.

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Health Module
3.Click on App & Devices
4.Select the Blood Glucose
5.Click on add reading
6.Enter the Reading Value
7.Select the Checking details such as Fasting, Before Meal, After Meal, Before Sleep, General
8.Click any one of the Details
9.Select the Date and time and save it
10.Revisit the Blood Glucose view page
11.There recently added details are appear
12.On the recent entry doesn't have the Checking details for Each entry

Expected: When the user adds blood glucose details along with checking details, each entry should be displayed with its corresponding details on view page.
