Health (All Entries): Change the 'Notes' field heading and hint text to 'Comment', as per the web version.

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Health Module
3.Click on any one of the entry Medications, Insurance, Allergy, Medical Conditions, Care Plan
4.The Add page will open
5.In the Medication(any), page fields Heading 'Notes' and hint text should change to 'Comment
