Issue:
In the Upload / View Document section, the Client Name dropdown does not display any client names for Team Member accounts.

• Log in to Web ContentCoffer - Staging and Production as a Team Member.
• Navigate to the Document section.
• Click on Upload Documents.
• Observe the Client Name dropdown — no client names are listed.

Affected Areas:
Merge PDF – Upload / View
View Document

Expected Result:
Client names should be available in the dropdown for selection.

Actual Result:
Client names are missing from the dropdown when logged in as a Team Member.

Notes:
Issue occurs only for Team Member accounts.
Issue is observed in the Staging and Production environment.
