closedChat (Message): The Collapse button for Legal and other clients does not respond on the first click. It takes some time to expand.

Description
Steps:-
1.Login with Vitatist
2.Go to the Chat Modules
3.Click on Legal or others tab
4.The client list will appear
5.Click on '+' collapse button
6.After clicking the expand button
7.It will take some time to expand
Please refer the Attachment.
Expected:- The collapse button should be responsive whenever its clicking.
