View Members [Group Head] - Member disappears and loses group access after updating member info

Description

Member A belongs to Group A
Group A has three members [TM A, TM B, and TM C [As a Group head]

1. Login the Lauditor with GH user
2. Click on Team members module
3. Select any member [Ex: TM A]
4. Click on Edit member info under action
5. Change the name or description [Update any details]
6. Click on save [Success popup appears]

Issues Observed: When the Group Head (GH) updates a member’s information in View Members → Edit Member Info, the member disappears from the view page and also loses access to the group. [i.e, TM A is removed from Group A]

Expected Result:
The member should remain visible in the view page after the GH updates their information, and they should not lose access to the group.
