View Team members - Edit Member Info: Page navigates to View screen even when duplicate email is entered.

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Team members module
3. Click on View Team members
4. Select any member
5. Click on Edit member info under action
6. Enter an existing email id
7. Click on save

Issue : page navigates back to the View screen.

Expectation : page should remain on the Edit screen and prompt the user to enter a unique email
