Health - All records: Date field does not open date picker

Description
1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on health module
3. Click on add button in Apps and devices
4. Select Temperature
5. Click on add reading
6. In Date field
Issue Observed :
- When clicking on the Date field, the date picker or date selection options do not open.
Expected Behavior :
Clicking on the Date field should open a date picker or dropdown allowing the user to select day, month, and year easily.
Note : Applicable for all records

Health - Medical Conditions - Year of diagnosis fields does not open date picker. User has to enter year manually.

The issue is not resolved. Users should not be allowed to select the day and month.
only the year selection should be available

this is fine. As long you get input as year. Angular datepicker has that feature
