Health(App & Devices):- Unable to add the new reading to the existing manual entry devices

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to the Health module
3.Select the App & Devices
4.Select any one of the existing device
5.Click on add reading
6.Enter all the mandatory fields and save it
7.When preview the device cards, no changes made there

Please refer the Attachment
Expected: Entries added via the manual entry device should be displayed on Cards.
