openDocuments (Upload): The warning message should be changed for the Driving License when attempting to upload without entering the License Number.

Description
Steps:-
1.Login with lauditor
2.Go to the Documents
3.Click on Add button
4.Select the Category as Identity
5.Select document type as Driving license
6.Browse the document and upload it
7.Click on next button
8.Click on upload button
9.An Warning message will appear 'Document ID field is required'
10.The warning text should change to 'License Number field is required'
