Recurring Issue: Leads [Add New Lead / Upload CSV] : "Failed to register firm to Marketplace" error message appear when clicking the sharing payment link.

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to the Leads platform.
  • Click on the Leads module on the left panel.
  • Click the Add button, then choose either Add New Lead or Upload File.
  • Select either the Entity or Lawyer tab.
  • Fill in all mandatory fields and click Save.
  • After the lead is added, click on Share Payment Link.

Expected Result:
The user should receive a payment link via email.

Actual Result:
An error message appears: "Failed to register firm to Marketplace."

Notes:

This issue occurs for both the Add New Lead and Upload CSV File options.
The error affects both Entity and Lawyer lead types.

issues is not fixed. When the Contact Number is less than 10 digit number and click on save and then clicking on sharing payment link. The "Failed to register firm to Marketplace" error message appear.

Issue:
The contact number issue is fixed.
However, after filling in all the details and clicking Save, an error message appears when clicking Share Payment Link.

Note:
This issue happens in both Manual Entry and CSV File Upload methods.
